Empowerment Session with Cree

This was the most magical, grounding experience I’ve had at a photoshoot yet. Let me tell you all about it!

I offer empowerment sessions as a way to connect deeply to ourselves before getting in front of the camera.

(Curious about why? Read my blog post here where I deep dive into my WHY for offering empowerment sessions!)

It involves a pre-shoot questionnaire that tells me a little about what you’re going through in life right now. Then, I structure the session around those themes, using guided meditation & journaling prompts. We also pull oracle cards to gain deeper wisdom. These shoots light me up in a way that nothing else does — I always leave feeling vibrant, radiant, and so so so grateful.

All of these grounding practices have quite literally changed my own life, so I feel so excited about incorporating them into photo sessions!

I’ve noticed how differently people shine when they take the time to connect with their heart and body prior to taking photos. They have an inner glow that radiates from within, creating such a beautiful aura to be captured by my camera.

Cree is a yoga teacher, so we made sure to incorporate lots of poses into her session. I hope you can feel how expansive she is and just how much fun we had running around and playing atop Flagstaff Mountain.

My biggest priority is for your photos to reflect who you truly are when you are in your highest flow state. Incorporating the meditation & journaling signals to your body that it’s safe; you’re there for it, and it can fully surrender to the photoshoot process.

By the end of the session, Cree and I had connected so deeply that it felt like we had known each other for a lifetime. These empowerment sessions are so special because they provide intentional connection to yourself, your body, your heart, and between the two of us!

I would absolutely love to do an empowerment session with you if it feels resonant. Don’t be afraid to reach out, even if you’re just a little curious :)

I love you!! Thank you for reading <3
